Job Summary:

As a Table Games Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Table Games Department in accordance with applicable laws and Company policy. The primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing guest relations, personnel, and regulatory compliance.

Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Foster an environment that embodies Bally's Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled, entertaining atmosphere
  • Enthusiastically promote Bally's customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations
  • Manage all aspects of table games pit and game offerings, including new game rollout, maintenance, and overall appearance
  • Manage the department's budget, including capital expenditures
  • Mentor team members to provide superior guest service
  • Establish, implement, and enforce policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements, Company initiatives, and organizational goals
  • Develop and maintain a welcoming, safe, professional, and friendly work environment
  • Select, train, and develop table games team members through education, training, coaching, and corrective action
  • Oversee the overall integrity of the table games department while
  • Perform other duties as assigned


Qualifications:



  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board
  • Must be a high school graduate or equivalent
  • Must have knowledge of all casino game rules
  • Must have knowledge of all applicable gaming regulations
  • Must have five years of casino table games management required
  • Experience with scheduling and budgeting in a casino environment
  • Strong organizational, planning, and supervisory skills are required
  • Must have open work availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays


Physical Demands:



  • Frequently required to lift up to a maximum of 30 pounds
  • Frequently required to push, kneel, climb, stoop, bend, and twist, as well as reach overhead
  • Requires manual dexterity to deal and collect cards and chips
  • Requires visual acuity to perform close-up activities and peripheral oversight


Work Environment:

You may be exposed to bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations in this position.
