Responsibilities

We are seeking a talented and motivated Data Analyst Intern to join our team and contribute to data-driven decision-making within our organization. As a Data Analyst Intern, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing and interpreting data, supporting various business functions, and assisting in the development of actionable insights. Responsibilities:

  1. Data Collection and Validation: Gather and validate data from various sources, including manufacturing systems, quality assurance databases, and operational logs to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  2. Data Analysis and Interpretation: Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to interpret complex datasets, identify patterns, trends, and anomalies, and present findings to relevant stakeholders.
  3. Process Optimization: Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to identify areas for process improvement, quality enhancement, and cost reduction through data-driven insights.
  4. Performance Metrics Tracking: Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) dashboards and reports to monitor production performance, efficiency, and adherence to quality standards.
  5. Root Cause Analysis: Assist in conducting root cause analysis to investigate production issues, equipment failures, and quality concerns, helping to identify underlying problems and potential solutions.
  6. Data Visualization: Create clear and concise data visualizations, charts, and graphs to effectively communicate findings and present analysis results to management.
  7. Data Integrity and Security: Ensure data integrity and maintain data security protocols by adhering to company data governance policies and best practices.
  8. Continuous Learning and Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in data analytics, aerospace technology, and manufacturing processes, and proactively seek opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, or Python.
  2. Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  4. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, handling multiple tasks and priorities.
