Timekeeping System Analyst

Job Summary

Responsible for the accuracy and support for Time and Attendance applications. Ensure that information flows properly in and out of the timekeeping system.

Job Description

Key Accountabilities

* Troubleshooting second and third tier user requests.
* Resolving system and data problems.
* Performing routine system maintenance.
* Resolving data and interface errors.
* Testing of system changes from time and HR systems.
* Timely and accurate reporting of time and tracking of time off balances.
* Conduct audits of timekeeping system
* Liaison with users to support enhancements.

Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
* Minimum 3 year's experience with supporting workforce applications.
* Preferably functional knowledge with Workday or Workforce Time.
* Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
* Critical thinking and analytical skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Metrics

* Timely and accurate delivery of enhancements for timekeeping system.
* Response to employees, external vendors or internal departments is timely, courteous and accurate.
* Manage, prioritize and track tickets related to timekeeping system.
