Description
Thresholds is seeking a highly-skilled, energetic, and flexible Assistant Program Director for our Youth Transitional Living Program. This program consists of REACH, a youth transitional living program (TLP), and the Mothers Project, a TLP that serves pregnant and parenting young mothers. Both TLPs offer comprehensive support to young people between the ages of 17 and 24 who are experiencing mental health challenges through residential support, case management, and therapy services. The Assistant Program Director is responsible for supervising the case management teams within the program. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
