As a Temporary Hotline Representative, you are responsible for taking inbound calls from Poll Workers at Vote Centers, Troubleshooters, or Curbside Voters. You are tasked with creating a ticket detailing the call and what transpired. You will provide your troubleshooting expertise over the phone, placing tickets for ordered supplies, or dispatching help to the Vote Center. The Temporary Hotline Representative, is a temporary assignment with Maricopa County before, during, and after the election cycle.
