Job Type Unclassified Department Elections About the Position It's election season and we need your help! Calling all Customer Service professionals! As a Temporary Hotline Representative, you are responsible for taking inbound calls from Poll Workers at Vote Centers, Troubleshooters, or Curbside Voters. You are tasked with creating a ticket detailing the call and what transpired. You will provide your troubleshooting expertise over the phone, placing tickets for ordered supplies, or dispatching help to the Vote Center. The Temporary Hotline Representative, is a temporary assignment with Maricopa County before, during, and after the election cycle. We Require This position requires a High School Diploma or GED. Successful candidates must be registered voters or have the ability to become a registered voter in the State of Arizona. You must pass an applicable background screening. You must have a valid Arizona Driver's License. This position requires strong professional skills in the support of internal and external stakeholders and strong communication skills (written and verbal), especially over the phone.
