THE JOB:

As an Ambassador/Host of the Commonwealth Lounge, you will be responsible for setting the stage for guest experience. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Use professionalism in responses to all levels of situations that arise
• Be alert and vigilant of any suspicious guests or activity
• Greet guests in a positive, friendly manner, and exemplifying MGM SHOW standards
• Control the flow of guests coming into the restaurant, bar and lounge
• Provide security and safety for guests, employees and venue

• Ability to work as a part of a team in a high-stress and high-volume environment

• Extensive knowledge of spirits, wine, and food
• Excellent customer service skills
