Oil & Gas Attorney (3+ Years Experience) - Bismarck, ND

Overview:

We are seeking an attorney to join the oil and gas practice to prepare title opinions for oil and gas development in North Dakota. Successful candidates will have 3+ years of North Dakota oil and gas title examination experience and strong writing skills. This position will support our Bismarck, ND Oil & Gas practice but could work remotely from the other cities/states in which we have offices: Bismarck, ND, Fargo ND, Ames or Des Moines IA, Madison, WI, or Minneapolis, MN.

Our Ideal Candidates Will Have

• 3+ years of North Dakota oil and gas title examination experience
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills
• Strong academic background
• J.D. from an ABA-Accredited Law School
• Active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and ability to promptly get admitted in the state of North Dakota as well as state of residence.
