Reporting to the Regional Digital Marketing Manager and based out of our office in New York, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone with cross-channel Digital Marketing experience to help shape the future growth of COS, build brand awareness, elevate our customer experience, and drive incremental revenue, contributing to our ambition to establish COS as a Sustainable International Power Brand in North America.

As Digital Marketing Specialist, you will support in driving a full-funnel digital marketing strategy by managing the workflow and delivery of relevant content across all paid channels. This role will focus on both customer acquisition and retention, helping to ensure we're reaching our KPI goals.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities include but is not limited to:

  • Support in driving the Regional Paid Media marketing strategy, optimizing towards set KPIs and subsequent follow-up.
  • Maintain Paid Media share of business, as well as traffic and revenue to cos.com.
  • Responsible for day-to-day coordination of paid media digital channels, including Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliate, and Programmatic tactics in line with the commercial plan, as well as evaluating new opportunities.
  • Collaborate within the Regional Digital Marketing and E-commerce Team, supporting an efficient-and informative--workflow towards the set long--and short-term goals and overall KPIs, with a focus on traffic, conversion, revenue, new customer acquisition, and retention
  • Co-create with regional VMs, Site, Brand Marketing/PR, and Merchandise team and follow the commercial plan
  • Plan digital marketing activity in alignment with the marketing content calendar and brief other departments on assets and copy required
  • Project manage all digital marketing initiatives across global Copy, Digital Design, and Art working teams to ensure timely delivery and efficient workflow
  • Support and execute channel strategies optimized towards set goals.
  • Responsible for gathering, reviewing, and analyzing competitor's activities.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and updates and inform the wider business.
Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing in a relevant industry, preferably fashion
  • Experience coordinating the supply of digital marketing assets and copy for a variety of paid media channels
  • Experience using analytics tools, like Google Analytics
  • Analytical mindset with ability to use data to measure performance and identify areas of improvement.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills with an ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines
  • Ability to prioritize and manage own time effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, the ability to collaborate and establish alignment with key partners and stakeholders
  • Experience working with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Affiliate Platforms, etc.
  • Intermediate to advance in Microsoft Office Programs, especially Excel

Compensation:$86,804-97,654.50

You will have the flexibility to work both remotely and, from the office. While remote working is an integral part of our part of our offer, approx. 3 days per week office presence will be required to foster strong collaborations and teamwork.
