Updated: Apr 23, 2024 UC Title: PAYROLL ANL 5 Position Number: 40308787 Reports to: Payroll Manager 1 Working Title: Payroll Analyst 5 Cost Center: Controller's Services (428510) Bargaining Unit: No Bargaining Unit FLSA: Exempt Date Created: 4/22/2024 Job Code: 000604 Hours: 40 Shift: Not Applicable FTE: 1 Position Summary: The incumbent administers the time and attendance system and is responsible for working closely with the vendor for monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting and updating of payroll system software and related hardware to include 250+ active badge reading devices. Is responsible for managing various functional assignments in the application and for creating custom reports and analyzing the data output. Salary Range: Annual Rate Minimum $90,500.00 Midpoint $130,100.00 Maximum $169,700.00 Required Qualifications: Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health System Excellent computer skills and knowledge of MS Office to include Word and Excel Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Effective analytical and problem solving skills for problem identification and resolution Two or more years technical experience administering automated time and attendance system with strong knowledge of related state and federal wage and hour regulations Experience and sound skill set with relational databases and demonstrated report writing skills using MS Visual Studio, MS Report Services, Crystal reporting Experience and skill set in SQL Management Studio Excellent organizational and planning skills and ability to manage multiple activities and varied deadlines at one time Experience configuring devices for network communication (static IP vs DHCP).
