What you will be doing * Administer the timely processing and tracking of all department invoices and timesheets, ensuring strong communication and workflow between our team and Accounts Payable * Manage proper reporting for all department expenses * Assist with production coordination - staffing, scheduling, and client communication * Organize, update, and share department reports, presentations, and documentation * Take detailed notes during meetings and provide updates What you will need to succeed * Strong organizational skills, including unwavering attention to detail * Stellar time management skills, with particular focus on proactivity and efficient remote working * Experience with invoices, expense reports, and working with Accounts Payable departments * Aptitude for project management and effective problem solving * Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to establish effective and immediate rapport with new and current clients What will help you succeed * Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management or other project management related major. * Experience with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Powerpoint * Experience with Airtable * Experience in Creative Production - live production experience is a plus.
