Boasting more than 35 communities across Wisconsin and Illinois, with numerous upcoming projects, the opportunities are boundless, and the journey promises excitement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the clubhouse is properly closed and secured after operating hours, maintaining a safe environment for residents and visitors.
• Communicate and enforce clubhouse rules and regulations to ensure compliance among residents and visitors.
• Keep the clubhouse clean and organized by promptly addressing any messes, emptying trash receptacles, straightening furniture, and performing routine vacuuming.

General Requirements:

• Demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, and tactfulness.
• Adhere to fair housing laws, OSHA/Safety regulations, and company policies (training provided).
• Detail-oriented approach to tasks and responsibilities.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Schedule:

Sunday - Thursday: 1-2 hours per night; Friday - Saturday: 2-3 hours per night; at minimum need to be available at 10pm to ensure the clubhouse is not being used after hours.
