Job summary
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager with a strong background in Databricks SQL and extensive experience in the Life and Annuities Insurance domain. With a minimum of 13 years and a maximum of 16 years of experience the ideal candidate will lead critical projects to innovate and enhance our insurance solutions driving significant impact on our business operations and customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and implementation of project initiatives in the Life and Annuities Insurance domain ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Utilize expertise in Databricks SQL to analyze data derive insights and inform decision-making processes.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time within budget and with the desired quality.
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders including technical teams business units and external partners.
- Implement risk management strategies to minimize project risks and ensure smooth execution.
- Oversee the documentation of project progress and outcomes maintaining comprehensive project records.
- Conduct post-project evaluation to assess results and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in Databricks SQL and Life and Annuities Insurance to continuously improve project outcomes.
- Foster a collaborative project environment encouraging innovation and knowledge sharing among team members.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies throughout project execution.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the Life and Annuities Insurance sector.
- Strong technical proficiency in Databricks SQL with the ability to leverage it for data analysis and insights.
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is $130,000-$140,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
