Ansell is looking for an Industrial Strategic Account Manager - Automotive, Aerospace, Machinery & Equipment, to join our team!

In this position you will play a vital role in continuously analyzing assigned vertical market segment, customers, and new potential market opportunities to deploy resources in a manner that maximizes sustainable profitable growth. Develop relationships with the largest and highest growth existing customers. Develop and implement a continuous feedback cycle to clearly understand what we currently do well and where we need to improve.

What your role will be?


  • On-going account management of 9-15 existing client relationships to maintain and grow our market share of overall PPE needs.
  • Participate in all aspects overseeing the revenue and growth strategy for the assigned vertical and client base.
  • Implement multi-functional business plans to penetrate target markets and manage business planning to assure the execution of the business plans and achievement of defined outcomes.
  • Identify the desired outcomes, chart a course for success, and implement plan to achieve results.
  • Assume accountability as the point person for measuring progress at achieving vertical objectives.
  • Build relationships with account management teams to generate support and partner effectively to achieve defined objectives.
  • Develop and execute successful business plans with the regional field sales and channel teams that result in growth.
  • Oversee pricing strategy and specific programs that apply to end users and channel partners and ensure that common pricing programs are positioned to meet business needs across the Industrial channel.


What will you bring to Ansell?


  • 7+ years of sales/business development experience in the PPE/Safety industry preferred
  • Exposure and experience with sales process and management operating system
  • History of influential and solution based selling techniques to maximize sales opportunity margins
  • Demonstrates past sales achievements in support of quota attainment and customer retention
  • Demonstrated knowledge of business, sales and marketing practices in the Automotive, Aerospace, Machinery & Equipment, & Metal Fabrication verticals strongly preferred
