Your Role With Us: As the Supervisor your responsibilities will include, hiring and coaching staff, supporting continuous improvement efforts and will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of imaging and cardiac PACs and informatics systems. This position involves managing staff, promoting continuous improvement, overseeing system planning and maintenance, budgeting and implementing standards. Your expertise in imaging informatics and PACS is essential for optimizing system capacity and maintaining cost effective operations. Your leadership requires a deep understanding of technical and operational aspects to improve efficiency and quality in imaging services. Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Information Technology including networking, server operation, and multiple operating systems including UNIX required. Bachelor Degree in Radiologic Technology or related field preferred OR a combination of experience and education in PACS in lieu of degree required.Graduate from an AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology preferred.Must have current certification through American Board of Imaging Informatics (ABII) as an Imaging Informatics Professional (IIP) within 12 months of hire.Working knowledge of Radiology and Cardiology Department workflow required.Project management experience including budgeting, expense allocation, and team leadership skills required.
