The Program and Marketing Coordinator for Community Education and Professional Certification will play a pivotal role in supporting various programs and coordinating marketing initiatives. This role requires independent thinking, strong organizational skills, and a high level of accountability. This position is responsible for ensuring community and professional development programs align with the community. This position will develop comprehensive marketing strategies to promote these programs and utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to reach a wider audience. Building and maintaining relationships with external partners, sponsors, and community organizations to enhance program visibility and support is a key aspect of this role. The coordinator will also represent the department at both on-site and off-site events. This position will plan, coordinate, and execute various marketing initiatives, supporting programs to ensure smooth execution from start to finish. This position will monitor program progress, evaluate outcomes, and prepare program reports. Creating compelling marketing materials, including brochures, fliers, social media posts and email campaigns and coordinating with the marketing department to produce high quality marketing collateral are essential responsibilities. As a secondary function, this position serves as a backup to registration during high volume periods and vacation coverage assisting in registration process and administrative responsibilities. This position will serve as the primary point of contact for program inquiries, providing timely and accurate information to students and stakeholders requiring excellent customer service skills. This multifaceted position requires a dynamic individual who can seamlessly coordinate marketing efforts, manage various resources, and program oversight. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accountability. Primary Job Duties:
