Bring your experience! Ready to lead HR technology innovation? Join us as the Manager, HRIS Services and oversee the management and development of our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage, maintain, and optimize HR information systems and data management solutions. Drive continuous improvement processes to optimize functionality and enhance data integrity and utility. Propose changes to system components and configurations to improve effectiveness and utilization quality.
* Coordinate, prioritize, and monitor workflow, service delivery, and staffing to ensure resources are appropriately allocated between routine operations, projects, and urgent support response. * Plan, resource, and execute authorized projects using effective project planning and management techniques, including monitoring and coordination of resources, quality management, communication, documentation, and cost management processes, vendor relationship management, and rollout to users.
* Provide timely, effective day-to-day user support for HRIS applications and data tools, including complex troubleshooting and problem resolution.
* Consult with management teams, downstream data users, and end users to analyze requirements and identify solutions to address emerging needs, functional enhancements, and optimization of HRIS utilization.
* Develop reporting, analysis, and process automation tools to support effective management of HR data, minimize user and data entry error, and support regulatory compliance and data quality.
* Evaluate, update, and maintain system rules, settings, configuration, and data structure to ensure accurate and auditable transaction processing in compliance with company standards and controls, contract and regulatory requirements, and business specifications.
* Manage and coordinate ongoing data validation and system testing to ensure that data is consistent with defined needs.
* Manage vendor relationships to ensure service delivery, resolve system and user experience issues, and ensure optimal system use. Manager, HRIS Services Page 2 of 4
* Develop and maintain efficient process diagrams, accurate process maps, user reference material, data definitions, interface specifications, and other documentation in compliance with company standards and established methodologies.
* Deliver and support end user training and system-related communication as needed.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent combination of coursework and directly related experience required
Certifications : SPHR/equivalent certification preferred ; Project management certification preferred
* 5+ years of progressively responsible HR systems administrator experience required
* 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role required
* Experience planning and executing large-scale, complex HRIS implementation projects required
* Experience providing end user support and training for HR, Payroll, and business unit end-users required
* 2+ years of experience as an HRIS end user in a practitioner role in human resources and/or payroll preferred
* Experience with system configuration and administration of time and attendance/workforce management systems preferred
* Experience with UKG Pro preferred
* Basic query writing skills including knowledge of SQL, HRIS reporting tools, and expression building functions.
Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19
The applicable salary range is aligned to one of 5 zones according to a cost of labor index for the geographic location of the role. Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include related experience, education and training, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is set forth below. Ranges may be modified in the future.
Zone 1: $135,000 - $155,000
This job is also eligible for participation in an Incentive Plan with a target payout based on eligible compensation and corporate/individual performance goal attainment.
Annual Incentive Opportunity: 10% of eligible compensation
