Job Description

The Manager - IT Service Management plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient IT operations, managing teams, and driving service excellence.

This role is hybrid and will be based out of either Houston, Milwaukee or Mayfield Heights offices.

You will report to the Director- Technical Operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for leading a team of professionals in the areas of service transformation, Service Management, Asset Management/CMDB, metrics, performance analytics, dashboarding and reporting.
  • Manage ITIL-aligned services for the enterprise. Document and develop existing processes, IT policies, and procedures.
  • Coordinate with internal and external service providers to ensure compliance to governing processes.
  • Architect and manage the Service Now platform.

The Essentials- You will have

* Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience

The Preferred- You may also have

* Typically required 8 years of management experience.

* Experience in an IT service management architecture and leadership role.

* Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and operations.

* Ability to track technology trends and align them with business goals.

* Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

* Effective communication abilities with the ability to concisely communicate performance against service level expectations to all levels of the enterprise.
