Position Summary We are looking for a summer Co-op to support the Business Intelligence & Automation teams' day-to-day tasks and active projects. The ideal candidate has aspirations and interest in working with CRM platforms, like Salesforce. The summer Co-op will support projects related to database cleanup, CPQ implementation, process optimization, and light Salesforce administration support. This position can be onsite/hybrid in our Boston, MA HQ or remote within the US. Key Responsibilities Support the team with database cleanup, record merges and other data management tasks Support the team with creating and maintaining CPQ product/pricing configurations Perform Account modeling database clean up within the CRM database Skills & Qualifications Experience using Excel including ability to leverage formulas Familiarity with Salesforce or similar SaaS applications Familiarity with CPQ and/or DemandTools (Validity) is a plus Must be able to build and maintain a positive relationship cross functional teams Must be able to manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and strong communication skills We are proud to be a company changing the status quo in our industry.
