Overview

This role will lead the day-to-day administrative operations for the US Commercial Sales & Strategy Team in the U.S. This includes travel arrangements, special events planning, calendar management, etc. The role reports to our Vice President, Commercial Sales & Strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Direct support for the VP Commercial Sales & Strategy to lead calendar via Outlook and all aspects of travel arrangements
  • Support Commercial Leadership Team and full Commercial Sales/Strategy department, including but not limited to running and updating reports, tracking vacation time, etc
  • Lead T&E expenses for the VP, Commercial Sales & Strategy using Concur system
  • Assist with planning and preparation for Commercial Team meetings and events
  • Responsible to send out product samples as needed
  • Support new projects and products launches
  • Assist US Commercial Leadership team and Procurement function with P.O. creation and signature routing

Qualifications

  • BA/BS or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to prioritize & projects by using sound judgment and communication skills
  • Comfortable being part of busy and dynamic team environment
  • Outgoing, solid communication skills, proactive, friendly, approachable, collaborative, and comfortable with multi-tasking several priorities
  • Minimum of 3-5 years administrative and coordination experience providing support to multiple Senior Leaders in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience supporting a busy Sales team with active calendars & travel schedules
  • Prior experience supporting a Sales team is preferred
  • Ability to build and develop solid cross functional relationships
  • Shown strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with multitasking projects/tasks and priorities
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
