About the Role:

You will be a Leader, Business Operations within the Cisco Networking (CN) Business Operations organization helping to drive our operating motions across Cisco Networking's Sr. Leadership team.

Who You'll Work With:

You will collaborate and work closely with teams within Global Business Operations, across CN, other Cisco organizations, and with cross-functional partners to support the BU Product Management and Engineering teams

What You'll Do:
  • Drive execution of Long Range Strategy Planning and QBO Activities.
  • Build strong partnership with CN CoS Community and cross functional partners to coordinate and drive the Run the business motions.
  • Lead special projects/initiatives within the organization as needed
  • Drive the capture and tracking of SVP level action items.
  • Coordinate and facilitate General Manager level interlocks
About You:
  • Comfortable engaging at all levels of the organization - quickly developing trust, communicating and driving active discussions
  • Highly respected by senior leaders, with a consistent track record of delivering high-value results with limited direction
  • High-energy, strategic problem solver with excellent judgment and a real passion for learning
  • Capability to influence senior executives through strength of ideas, story-telling through data, and personality
  • Ability to work and lead cross-functionally
  • Strong communication skills to deliver impartial and unbiased results
  • You are excited to collaborate with the team, and you are self-managed, detailed and creative in finding solutions and answers
  • Relevant work experience in an operations or project/program management role
  • Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills at all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast pasted and high-demand environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Excel
