HID is seeking an energetic, innovative Instant Issuance Solutions Installation Technician to join the order instant issuance implementations group based in our Hurst, Texas facility. This is a collaborative position that plays a key role in the success of the Financial Instant Issuance Solution implementation. This position will support all installation activities to implement our TRISM and credit / debit card issuance solution, as well as independently prioritize and complete tasks in the Card Creation role.

As ourInstallation Technical Support Engineer, you'll support HID's successby:

• Creating, adjusting, and installing Card XML templates and images to be used in Instant Issue Projects, combining customer requests with HID/Industry standards.
• Creating and maintaining Image galleries as per current Image standards.
• Providing input, recommend updates for Artwork Guidelines as Hardware or card requirements change.
• Liaising with Project Managers, Installers, and Customers as needed in relation to the above duties.
• Creating and/or maintaining updates for both internal and customer facing documentation related to role and responsibilities.
• Ensuring productivity standards and metrics are maintained.

What we will love about your background:

• Experience working with the technologies within card printing/personalization industry a plus
• 1-3 years networking, technical, or IT experience preferred.

YourExperienceand Education include:

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of training and related experience
• Strong PC skills, as well as applications like MS-Word, Smartsheet, MS-Teams
• Proficiency in MS Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator

At HID, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.The base salary in the United States is $77,921to $101,897.
