Miami, FL 33132 (Hybrid 4 days in office/ Fridays remote)

ARC Group is currently seeking an Email Marketing Associate for our Fortune 500 client based in Miami, Florida. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement with four days spent in our client's office and Fridays designated for remote work. Initially structured as a long-term contract, there's potential for extension or transition to a permanent position.

The role is focused on brand content and brand announcements between promotional windows and auditing current lifecycle campaigns with reach in up to 100+ markets. Someone curious to dive into the minutia of the differences between those markets is a huge plus on the soft skills side. You should possess a grasp of HTML coding and proficiency with email service provider tools like Mailchimp and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Familiarity with graphic editing software, particularly Photoshop within the Creative Suite, is advantageous.

Responsibilities of the Email Marketing Associate:

  • Collaborate with departmental leadership to effectively project manage a portfolio of initiatives aligned with overarching business objectives and the International email calendar. Projects encompass a diverse range, including but not limited to, Go To Market strategies, Loyalty programs, Engagement campaigns, and ad hoc brand announcements tailored for International markets.
  • Foster cross-functional partnerships with Go to Market and Loyalty teams, vendors, and local counterparts to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Engage closely with key stakeholders in international markets, as well as NA marketing and revenue management teams, to curate dynamic and personalized offers tailored to booked guests.
  • Consolidate, communicate, and proactively manage all project-related issues and risks. Provide accurate and timely project status updates to participants and stakeholders.
  • Liaise with agency partners to coordinate creative assets, copy requests, and language translations, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to analyze program performance metrics, generating comprehensive reports on activities and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct audits and implement updates to lifecycle communications for international markets as required.
  • Develop and execute CRM experiments aimed at enhancing engagement metrics such as opens, clicks, and bookings for Engagement emails.
  • Address ad-hoc requests from the business pertaining to international guests in a timely manner.
  • Partner with Integrated Marketing teams to ensure cohesive execution, alignment with the complete consumer journey, and consistent, optimized brand communications and experiences.



What are the requirements for the Email Marketing Associate?

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent directly related experience.
  • One or more years of demonstrable experience in Email Marketing.
  • Proven track record of creating and managing timelines within project management software.
  • Highly organized with the capacity to work autonomously, juggling multiple projects while meeting deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience cultivating cross-functional relationships within medium to large organizations.
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS is desirable, with knowledge of responsive email design and front-end development being valuable.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in editing and resizing images and content assets using Photoshop.
  • Competency in MS Word, Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with JIRA is preferred.
  • Ability to think strategically and contribute to overarching marketing objectives.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, coupled with exceptional verbal communication and proofreading skills.
  • An understanding of various online marketing concepts, best practices, and procedures.
  • Industry knowledge and passion for sectors such as hospitality/ hotels/ cruise/travel/destinations, eCommerce, and CRM are advantageous.
