What You Will Do:

  • Build impactful, professional relationships with clients, helping them set and reach personal goals through creative and client-centered planning.
  • Conduct assessments, make appropriate referrals, and provide direct housing-related services.
  • Foster strong relationships with landlords and other community partners to facilitate housing solutions.
  • Complete necessary documentation and maintain accurate case files in compliance with our data quality standards.
  • Actively participate in team meetings, provide support to colleagues, and contribute to a collaborative work environment.

  • You have a valid, current driver's license, access to a personal vehicle, proof of valid insurance and a clean driving record. Mileage reimbursement will be provided.
