Overview ABOUT THE POSITION Senior Site Design Manager - Education VHB has an immediate need for a Senior Site Design Manager - Education to help expand our growing institutional practice in the Mid-Atlantic region. The successful candidate must be knowledgeable in education (Higher-ed and K-12) capital project design/permitting and/or education campus planning and design with existing relationships and contacts at the decision-making level within the region. In addition to aiding in the development of a market growth strategy, the Education Sector Leader will be responsible for managing key client relationships, coordinating project teams, and overseeing education and other key institutional projects in the region. The position requires a proven ability to develop business, establish meaningful client relationships, manage projects, and coach and mentor staff. Responsibilities
Conducts market research and analysis and collaborates with the Regional Market Leader and regional leadership team to set a vision and strategy for the education sector within the region

Qualifications
Regional Education Sector Leader is a full-time position. To support market team effectiveness and positive team building, role requires that a minimum of 50% of time be deployed 'in-office'. The base salary range for this position is $160,000 - 220,000. This offer is determined based on a number of job-related factors including internal comparators, skills, education, training, credentials, experience, scope and complexity of role responsibilities and geographic location.
