Position Overview
Will be responsible for developing creative content, especially as it relates to recruiting and programming, to be used with recruits and through various digital/social media outlets. This position will ensure that these materials effectively communicate the Marquette women's basketball brand and mission and align with the program's values and messages.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Oversee all creative video production for social media recruiting and team
2. Work with coaching/support staff to coordinate creative media strategy for women's basketball
3. Create graphics for social media, recruits, team
4. Create and execute strategy for posting on all social media accounts
5. Take photos in practice, shoot around, travel, etc.
6. Attend weekly marketing meetings to collaborate on all program branding
7. Create monthly newsletter for program stakeholders (donors, alumni, parents, etc.)
8. Update recruiting newsletter as needed
9. Assist with all recruiting visits
10. Performs all other duties and responsibilities as assigned or directed by the supervisor.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Bachelor's degree in communications and/or graphics related degree.

Minimum of 1 year of related experience.
Strong working knowledge of social media content, including video and graphics, creation and posting.
Strong understanding of branding and brand management.
Energetic, motivated, and focused on team goals essential.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work in a team-based environment.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Previous experience in Division I athletics preferred.
