Job Summary: The Crisis Hotline is the first contact and representation of Integral Care by phone to the public, clients, community, and providers. Calls, texts, and chats coming into Integral Care's main crisis number and 988 National Suicide Crisis Lifeline are answered by Qualified Mental Health Professionals (QMHP's) 24/7, including holidays.

The QMHP's primary purpose is to:


  • Handle crisis calls, texts, and chats by providing crisis intervention services and risk assessments
  • Complete initial screenings
  • Provide information about Integral Care services
  • Provide community referrals and support
  • Assist with training as needed
  • Link callers with the appropriate service providers

These job duties are performed under the supervision of a licensed clinician (LPHA) and are completed with a focus on customer care, wherein clinicians will find ways to best meet the needs of clients. The QMHP works closely with a multitude of community partners, including but not limited to APD, TCSO, medical facilities, and schools.

Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.

Education:

Required:


  • Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree with a major specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field. Master's degree preferred.

License:

  • Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Experience:

  • Bilingual preferred.
  • Experience with crisis and customer service.

    Salary: $22.35 - $23.47 an hour based on education, plus an additional 10% crisis stipend.
