Job DescriptionVisa Direct is an exciting, new payment service that Visa provides to clients (issuers, acquirers, processors, merchants, and service providers) the ability to facilitate funds transfers and disbursements from and to Visa as well as non-Visa accounts globally. Visa Direct consumer and business applications include person to person (P2P) money transfers, marketplace payouts to gig economy participants, funds disbursement (e.g. insurance claims) and many more. The push payments market is estimated to be more than 80 Trillions USD of payment volume, replacing cash, checks, and ACH with push credits directly into bank accounts in real-time. TheVisa Direct Onboarding Transformation team is responsible for the client end-to-end onboarding process globally, from commitment to implementation. We thrive to deliver a seamless experience that enables our clients to adopt Visa Direct quickly, allowing to scale, accelerate time to market, enhance customer experience and continually optimize our processes. The team is seeking a highly qualified Analytics & Insight Project Manager who is passionate about data analysis, insights and is always trying to go deeper to understand the drivers and opportunities that the data produces, and presenting the story the data tells through comprehensive dashboards & insights, with a strong background in project management. With a strong focus on the ability to interpret complex data, tell compelling stories and maintain a continual improvement, simplification, and standardization mindset, you will own and be accountable to manage the Data Analytics & Insights of the Visa Direct Product Onboarding pipeline, as well as the relationship with key business owners and stakeholders across the world to ensure reports & dashboards are approved, validated, and communicated in accordance with set timelines. This role will report to the Global Senior Director of Visa Direct Onboarding Transformation. Responsibilities
As part of an agile and process-owner oriented team, the ideal candidate must be flexible to adapt to new business requirements, with possible changes or increased responsibilities based on the evolution of the business, processes, and team. Including expanding their role to support process development, implementation & continuous improvement. Supporting key stakeholders on a global setting. Key characteristics of the candidate include being comfortable working and engaging in a global matrix organization, exceedingly self-motivated with a proactive attitude, and an innately inquisitive nature. Supporting a variety of activities, the candidate will be part of an agile team, highly flexible and collaborative, with a strong focus on continual improvement. This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs. U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 125,500.00 to 182,050.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
