POSITION SUMMARY: The Social Work Intern will work under the general supervision of the department director or manager. They will be responsible for conducting evaluations related to substance use, mental illness, social determinants of health, and other complex needs. The intern will work with a multidisciplinary team and make appropriate referrals based on the evaluation and patient needs. These referrals may include food pantries, primary care, women's health programs, short-term and long-term substance use treatment programs, and more.
