Job Overview

Responsible for assembling products and recording required information to meet production requirements and quality standards. Contribute to operation of production cell, and assure compliance with GMP, ISO, ESD and all other regulatory requirements. Assist Manager in controlling documentation, materials and defective components and participate in special assignments as needed.

Job Responsibilities

• Full understanding of cell operation, including but not limited to, product assembly, issuing and voiding documentation, material control procedures and control of defective materials
• Participate in pilot run production and evaluate process papers for any required changes
• Ability to implement ECRs and DCNs as required
• Ability to inspect material and product for workmanship
• Ability to perform tasks with little or no supervision
• Extensive soldering skills required; ability to rework PCBs
• Work on special projects such as internal audits, process improvement etc.
• Ability to train all levels of Manufacturing Operators
• Determine if components and/or assemblies meet specification. Disposition with appropriate personnel, as necessary.
• High degree of latitude in decision making

Minimum Requirements

• High school or equivalent degree required; Technical degree preferred
• 2-3 years previous manufacturing experience a plus
• Ability to work on prototype builds for new products

Salary range: $48k - $56k
