We are more than 6,000 strong and do business in over 130 countries, providing answers with fast, accurate and consistent testing where and when they are needed most - home to hospital, lab to clinic. Our culture puts our team members first and prioritizes actions that support happiness, inspiration and engagement. We strive to build meaningful connections with each other as we believe that employee happiness and business success are linked. Join us in our mission to transform the power of diagnostics into a healthier future for all. The RoleAs we continue to grow as QuidelOrtho, we are seeking a Sales Associate to join our Sales Development Training Program. Sales Associates are active members of the QuidelOrtho Sales Development Training Program -- designed to provide an optimal mix of in-depth on-the-job training, learning and development experiences in products and processes that support customers and the field sales team to prepare high-potential candidates to advance their careers in account management. After successfully completing the training program (6-12 months), the individual may apply for a sales territory working in our Acute or Physician Diagnostic business. The purpose of our development program is to build a strong bench of talent to increase our Account Management talent across the U.S. and our ability to promote from within. Sales Associates increase our talent pool by having employees ready and capable of assuming customer relationship roles to meet revenue and profitability goals. Graduates of the Sales Development program are expected to relocate anywhere in the U.S. to support the needs of the field sales team by assuming account management responsibilities and managing sales of all QuidelOrtho products to the hospital, clinic, physician office lab (POL), and Urgent Care market within assigned geographic territory. Upon successful completion of the program, Associates apply for a sales role in a territory or are assigned to a rotational assignment until a role is secured. During the program Associates work directly with sector leaders, and are assigned a sales mentor. They gain hands-on experience, formal training and build customer relationship skills as they job-shadow experienced sales representatives, call on customers and participate in selling our products and services.
