Primary Purpose The SVP of Strategic Commercial Development - Cell and Gene Therapy will lead a team of Business Development Representatives and represent commercial leadership for the Cell and Gene Therapy Therapeutic Area as well as provide Business Development oversight for the Neuroscience and Rare Disease groups. The person in this role represents the therapeutic/scientific interests of the Cell and Gene Therapy Center and will be accountable for the successful development and execution of commercial and business development strategy for the TA, as well as play an essential broader leadership role in Business Development leadership, responsible for hiring, managing, and mentoring a team of sales representatives who support existing and future customers in the TA(s) of focus (Neuroscience and Rare).
