Your Role With Us:As a critical access hospital, the West Valley Hospital serves the community in a unique way. This department is expanding to 25 beds by the end of Summer 2023, all of which are utilized for inpatient and outpatient services. Our inpatient population consists of acute care patients requiring admission for up to 96 hours. Our outpatient services include patients requiring overnight observation as well as patients requiring skilled nursing care. You can be a part of this tight-knit group of healthcare professionals that delivers care in a team-focused environment. As a team member, you will contribute to the many staff-led projects that are designed to deliver the highest quality of care at all times.As the Assistant Nurse Manager at Salem Health you will provide oversight for patient care and nursing services for the assigned unit to include promotion of quality evidence-based care and patient satisfaction in a fiscally responsive manger. Your leadership will empower staff to deliver high-quality care, while your focus on efficiency will enhance the overall patient experience. Must sign agreement regarding BSN completion. Must obtain BSN within the 3 years to remain in the ANM positionTwo (2) years minimum acute care RN experience requiredRN Licensure through OSBNBLS through American Heart AssociationNote: ANMs who were hired as an ADN prior to June 2023 and remain in the ANM role, are not required to obtain BSNSalem Health Hospitals and Clinics is an equal opportunity employer.
