Overview Terros Health is pleased to share an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Children's Behavioral Health Technician, based out of locations in Phoenix, AZ, Glendale, AZ, and Chandler, AZ. This is a direct service position working in collaboration with the Boys and Girls Clubs of the Valley at assigned sites. This position will interact directly with the Children and Staff and Families at the Clubs and use the designated prevention model Positive Action while also implementing other clinical approaches based on Club needs. This team member needs to have a passion for working with Children in an afterschool setting, be willing to be an active participant/lead in therapeutic activities, and act as a liaison for Terros Health and these co-locations. This position will interact directly with the Children and Staff and Families at the Clubs and use the designated prevention model Positive Action while also implementing other clinical approaches based on Club needs. Full-Time Employed: 40 hours/week M-F: 11a-7p Location: co-located within ONE Boys and Girls Clubs of the Valley location (listed below): Compadres Branch - 300 E. Chandler Blvd, Chandler, AZ 85225 Swift Branch - 6420 W. Maryland Ave, Glendale, AZ 85301 Robson Branch - 15815 N 29th St, Phoenix, AZ 85032 Sands Branch - 4730 W Grovers Ave, Glendale, AZ 85308 Colangelo Branch - 1755 N 34th Ave #2451, Phoenix, AZ 85009 Bilingual in Spanish is a plus (Additional Language Differential Pay Available) Full Benefits Package, including 401K Generous PTO/Sick Time (4+ weeks in year 1) No experience required with a Bachelor's degree in behavioral health - we will train you New grads welcome - excellent development opportunity Duties include:
Conducts the engagement process with families to identify natural/formal supports as outlined in the Arizona Model, Child and Family Team (CFT) process, and Regional Behavioral Health Authority (RBHA) for enrolled families.
