The person in this position will enhance organizational efficiency and compliance by managing the agency's HRIS Workday platform. This role is integral to translating agency policies and legislative directives into actionable system functionalities. By maintaining Workday the analyst supports the agency's ability to meet its operational and strategic objectives. The position collaborates with various stakeholders, including DAS, HR, and agency leadership, to ensure that the HRIS aligns with and supports agency policies, improves HR operations, and adapts to legislative changes. This position, therefore, functions within the program as a key technical and strategic resource, ensuring that the agency's HRIS infrastructure supports and enhances overall agency performance while remaining compliant with state regulations and directives. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSA Bachelor's Degree in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, Finance, Political Science or any degree demonstrating the capacity for the knowledge and skills; and four years professional-level evaluative, analytical and planning work.
