Pinterest is looking for an experienced Procurement Operations Manager to lead our Proc Ops team through day to day operations. This role will also have the unique opportunity to build processes, implement tools, collaborate cross functionally, and play a key role in helping the team scale. The role will report directly to the Director of Procure to Pay.

What you'll do:



  • Lead and develop procurement operations in compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures.
  • Lead offshore Procurement Operations team and act as point of escalation to ensure timely remediation of issues.
  • Implement and manage key reporting and metrics to monitor compliance, operational efficiency and quality of service.
  • Identify, influence and implement process improvements.
  • Build effective, strategic relationships with business partners across the broader Strategic Sourcing, Contract Ops, IT, Finance and Accounting organizations.
  • Develop and maintain Procurement Operations documentation and policy repository.
  • Manage, coordinate and support special projects, analysis and ad-hoc tasks as needed.
  • Responsible for outside benchmarking, industry trend analysis and other survey activities.



What we're looking for:



  • 8+ years of Procurement Operations experience with 3+ years of supervisory experience required.
  • Experience with Procure to Pay software implementation and ERP enhancements.
  • Understanding of Source-to-Pay Processes and best practices.
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth Tech environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication with proven ability to influence up, down and across the organization.
