Sr Applications Analyst

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION

Rite-Hite Senior Applications Analyst is responsible for pre-sale application assistance, post-sale survey review for RH Door products, and to ensure proper application and maximize customer satisfaction. As Senior Applications Analyst, this position provides daily guidance and direction to other application analysts and/or customer support specialists. The incumbent is also responsible for assisting in the development of departmental training programs and application training for the field sales people.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Qualified candidates willhave a sound knowledge of Rite-Hite's product lines, options and their safe application. In addition, knowledge of the trucking industry, competitive products and product liability/warranty constraints would prove beneficial. Incumbent must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to effectively work with people to resolve problems. An Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and minimum three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
