As a Perinatal Sonographer, you will be responsible for performing low and high risk perinatal obstetric (OB) ultrasound examinations in accordance with established departmental guidelines and protocols. The Perinatal Sonographer should have special interest and expertise in prenatal diagnosis and OB ultrasound with the ability to recognize normal and pathological conditions and apply additional modalities as indicated (i.e. Doppler, 3D/4D).Additionally, the Perinatal Sonographer will obtain relevant history via EMR, image according to protocol, review cases with the care team, and generate preliminary reports using structured reporting software. Familiarity in recognizing and troubleshooting various imaging IT issues is required. You may also be required to perform other duties, as assigned. Depending on experience of the selected candidate, this position will be hired as a Sr. Ultrasound Tech or a Principal Ultrasound Tech.
Pay Transparency Act Annual Full Pay Range: $130,229 - $161,966 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%) Hourly Equivalent: $62.37 - $77.57 Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position. The Annual Full Pay Range may be broader than what the University anticipates to pay for this position, based on internal equity, budget, and collective bargaining agreements (when applicable). |
