Summary of Role: Responsible for providing US coverage, coding, and payment strategy expertise to support Lantheus Holdings diagnostic radiopharmaceutical and radiotherapeutic portfolio. The individual in this role will lead the development and implementation of diagnostic and therapeutic radiopharmaceutical brand reimbursement strategies, including responsibility for monitoring, reviewing, and analyzing payer coverage, coding, and payment policies with a primary focus on Medicare and other government payers for lifecycle brands and launch preparation for pipeline assets. The successful candidate will have a unique mix of skills including influencing, advocating, and translating payer policy into business strategies working across industry associations, governmental payer, and other stakeholders to facilitate the appropriate coverage, coding, and payment for across the Lantheus Holdings as a portfolio. This role will identify and share key payer & policymaker trends and insights and inform the organization of strategic, financial, and operational implications. These insights will be incorporated into broader commercial strategies. This role will drive the strategic alignment by creating processes that leverage insights, share best practices, and develop a culture of open and transparent communication. Essential Functions:
