Job Mission We are looking for a highly motivated, hands-on technical individual to support our state of the art products. This position will be in our Platform PEG (Product Engineering Group) organization. The Platform Product Engineering group is responsible for feasibility study of proposed new platform software capabilities, software integration among ASML Brion's computational lithography products, defining use cases for new product feature proof data, writing product requirement specifications for new features, second-line support of current accounts and new customer engagements, feature qualification and acceptance tests, and training (internal / external). The team works closely with software developers, marketing, sales, SQA, other PEG teams, and customers; therefore this job provides a broad exposure to whole pictures of different products. PEG engineers play a key role in shaping and directing product growth and development. This job also provides excellent career development opportunities thanks to its wide work scope. Job Description As a member of the Platform Product Engineering team, you will be a key team player responsible for solving escalated platform issues from both customers and field application engineers, and assist with improving the deployment and integration of ASML Brion software in customer environments. You will perform research for optimum solutions that can be transparent to customers during a product update or migration, and provide generic or custom solutions that fit within the customer automation flow. As part of a team that shapes the future, you will be responsible for training field application engineers as well as customers, if required, on any software updates or new applications. You will also assist in drafting technical documents, best practices, release notes, knowledge articles, and technical procedures that all constitute part of our knowledge transfer to customers. The Product Engineering position is both customer oriented and product oriented.
Education PhD, Master's (MS) or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering Experience and Technical Background
