QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Must have experience working in 14C setting
  • Must currently be working in a community integrated setting/competitive integrated employment

RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Advocate for Community Integrated Employment to individuals or groups in a 14c environment.
  • Ensure thorough documentation in accordance with Benchmark Human Services, AWRC, and state/federal regulations.
  • Attend scheduled training sessions.
  • Collaborate with supervisors to create tailored training plans based on individual strengths.
  • Conduct training sessions focusing on targeted skill development.
  • Facilitate connections to relevant services and resources for enhanced employment outcomes.
  • Identify and support individuals in their journey towards employment.
  • Maintain regular communication with supervisors and serve as a key member of an individual's support team.
  • Adhere to all safety standards for the well-being of individuals."
