Our Lamar office in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, is now hiring a sales intern. The purpose of the Sales Intern is to assist with various work tasks and projects associated with the sales support staff of the Transit + Airport Division, or as assigned by the Creative Director.

What you can expect from us:



  • A 30 - 40 hour hybrid work schedule based on availability
  • A hourly rate of $15/hour
  • A comprehensive 2 week training program


A day in the life:



  • Assist with tasks such as:

    • Assist in the organization of Transit and Airport Division sales support materials.
    • Photo Selection, Image Composition, Photo Editing and Tagging of Imagery in Global
      Photo Database
    • Assist on Projects as needed.




What we're looking for in YOU:



  • Highly organized with a systematic approach to detail oriented work.
  • Comfortable working in a deadline driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite Programs: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Able to work independently and act on own initiative.
  • The ability to handle confidential matters.
  • The ability to communicate in a professional manner


Education and Experience Requirements:



  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required
  • Must be in current pursuit of an Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in a
    related field of study.
  • Concentration in Visual Arts, Advertising, or Marketing preferred


Physical Demands and Work Environment:



  • The primary work environment is an office.
  • Time spent outside the office will mainly include observing other Sales Staff on sales calls.
  • The specific physical demands/requirements of the job include: lifting less than 25% of the time,
    reading, color distinction, acuity, sitting greater than 50% of the time, and talking.
