Overview LMI is seeking a skilled Software Development Engineer at our office in Colorado Springs, CO. Responsibilities The qualified applicant will support United States Space Command with development of model and simulation software to analyze United States Space Command initial capabilities documents, validate operation plan courses of action, and support development of exercises and wargames. The applicant will work with USSPACECOM Joint Directorate team members to understand customer requirements in which they will operate to be able to assess the development requirements needed to facilitate LMI operation analyst model and simulation development, using the existing RAPTR tool. In addition, the applicant may be required to develop new tools to assist in analysis and development. Qualifications MINIMUM
Bachelor's degree in a STEM field with 5 - 15 years of professional experience or master's degree in a STEM field with 3 - 13 years of professional experience. May substitute educational degree for experience.
DESIRED
Target salary range: $94,000 - $164,000. Final compensation will be determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to your skills, experience, education, and/or certifications.
