Configuration, maintenance, and patching of the infrastructure and within SNOW instances will be a growing career field for years to come. This position requires general UNIX and some WINDOWS system administration skills, but it can also be your springboard to learning new ServiceNow technology. System administration of the ServiceNow platform itself involves customization of functionality and integration of system upgrades. ServiceNow certification would be beneficial as there are regular updates with new features that will be utilized. Proficiency in JavaScript, workflows and other web technologies is a big plus. The Level 2 System Administrator shall possess the following capabilities:
