SUMMARY
This position will support our full cycle recruiting and selection process based on organizational need for exempt, non-exempt and temporary positions. This position will also assist with development and support of talent acquisition strategies, processes and technology across the company to help achieve business and hiring goals. The Associate Talent Acquisition Partner is partnering with leaders and HR business partners to determine the best solutions to finding talent across the enterprise with internal and external candidates.
This role will consult with hiring leaders and Human Resource business partners to identify talent needs, to build and execute appropriate recruitment strategies. Develop thoughtful, comprehensive, position-specific search strategies that leverage best practice recruiting methodologies and incorporate diversity to candidate search. Ensure an understanding of job duties, responsibilities and business requirements for positions that require recruitment. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
