About the Accounts Payable & Receivable Manager Position:

Essential Functions for the Accounts Payable & Receivable Manager:
  • The Accounts Payable & Receivable Manager will oversee the accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing, payment processing, collections, and reconciliation.
  • Review and approve vendor invoices and employee expense reports for accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage the billing process, including invoicing customers, monitoring accounts receivable aging, and following up on overdue payments.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely payment processing.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Prepare regular reports and analysis on accounts payable and receivable activities for management review.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of financial transactions and activities.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and company policies.
Preferred Requirements for the Accounts Payable & Receivable Manager:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required. CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable and receivable management or related role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • The Accounts Payable & Receivable Manager should have a proven ability to lead and motivate a team.

  • the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
  • licensure and certification requirements;
