What you'll do:
As a full-time member of the team, you'll provide comprehensive eye care to patients of all ages and conditions in a high-end boutique clinic. Your work will involve eye exams, diagnosing and assisting in the treatment of ocular diseases, prescribing and dispensing corrective lenses, and handling eye emergencies. You'll promote healthy vision through patient education while utilizing advanced diagnostic technology such as Optomap, OCT, vision therapy systems, and dry eye solutions. Cross-trained staff will provide support throughout your patient encounters. Expect a dynamic workday with 22 scheduled patients and travel between locations.

Job Specifications

Typically has the following skills or abilities:

Doctor of Optometry degree, O.D. including Third Party Administrator (TPA) certificate of licensure

1-3 years of clinical practice experience with current knowledge of Optometric technology and practices

Strong management, leadership, and organizational skills

Strong business aptitude, self-discipline, and ability to deliver outstanding patient service

Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of his/her job duties
