Job Description

Brightspeed has an exciting opportunity for a Lead Project Manager to join our team! This is a remote position with up to 10% travel requirement. This position manages the execution of large-scale capital programs, projects for capital approval, and offer management for SFH and MDU communities. The Lead Project Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining key internal and external relationships with finance and marketing management, strategic operations, and other critical organizations impacting key milestones to present for approval capital projects against sales manager and account manager opportunities to enhance the company's contracted properties. Strong interpersonal, relationship management, negotiations, and communications skills are a must.

This position is remote but requires the candidate to live in Brightspeed serving areas. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely delivery of our services.

As A Lead Project Manager, YourResponsibilities Will Include:

  • End-to-End offer management to provide comprehensive project presentation for financial and marketing capital approval for new or overbuild SFH and MDU communities to ensure cost effective delivery of Brightspeed services.
  • Organize, facilitate, and direct group meetings to ensure the successful documentation and presentation of activities to deliver capital approval models in alignment with Brightspeed financial offer management.
  • Acts as the single point of contact for Brightspeed sales managers and account managers in review for offer management adherence to guidelines and presentation of projects for capital approval to propose and close contracts on Community Transformations projects.
  • Identify and resolve offer management conflicts, working with sales and account managers as well as sales engineers to address issues that could potentially impact capital approvals on project deliverables.
  • Develop and present senior management level briefs on project status weekly.
  • Coordinate with regional and local sales teams to ensure offer management guidelines are understood and salesforce, site surveys and engineering SOW documents adhere to Brightspeed best practices.
  • Efficient in understanding Brightspeed technologies, architectures, network engineering and construction, and financial approval processes.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in salesforce, Microsoft 365 and project management tools to effectively develop presentations, project plans, word documents, spreadsheets and program management software and systems.
  • Experience in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks throughout the project life cycle from sales review to financial approvals.
Qualifications

What It Takes To Catch Our Eye:

  • Bachelor of Science degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Administration, Project or Program Management, Business Development, or related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and build grassroots project and program plans that deliver offer management adherence through best practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
