FLIGHT TRAINING SCHEDULER

Description

This Flight Training Scheduler will coordinate the scheduling of all crew training. This position is responsible for scheduling all ABX Flight Crews for Initial/Transition, Recurrent and Requalification Training for Ground School, Simulator Training and Operational Experience in the aircraft. All scheduling will be conducted within the limitations, constraints and rules of the Federal Air Regulations, Training Manual and Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to- creation of monthly training bid, schedule line checks, monitoring end of month de qualification reports, monitoring landings report, schedule ETOPS line checks, minutes for quarterly check airman meeting, build SIM support, track progress reports, award training bid, track LOA, posting SIM schedules, schedule SIM instructors, tracking and scheduling non seniority recurrent training.

Requirements:



  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Microsoft Office proficient


Preferred:



  • Familiar with FAR 121.5 subparts
  • Knowledgeable and familiar with applying pilot CBA's
  • Familiar with Net Line and QTM/Lufthansa
  • Crew Scheduling and/or Flight Training experience
