Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our clients sales team. They area leading distributor serving dealers, retailers, wagon jobbers, grocery stores, convenience stores, vape and smoke shops. With a comprehensive inventory of thousands of high-quality products, they offer a one-stop shop for all convenience and grocery store needs. Their commitment to dependability, exceptional customer service, and competitive pricing has made them a trusted partner for businesses throughout North and South Carolina. They continuously expand our product line to ensure their resellers have access to the latest and most exciting products on the market.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, experience in the convenience store sales industry with excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing top-notch service to our customers. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our resellers and retailers, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing resellers and retailers.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the convenience and grocery store sectors.
  • Present and promote an extensive product line to potential and existing customers.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and continuously seek opportunities to improve product offerings and sales strategies.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the wholesale or convenience/grocery store industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within North and South Carolina.

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
