Inspire health. Serve with compassion. Be the difference. Job Summary Acts in an advisory, team lead, escalation role for the HR Consultant and others in their area of expertise. The HR Consultant Sr does the same work as the HR Consultant, and has an additional knowledge base, skill set, or specialty that allows them to serve as a level of expertise in between HR Consultant and the Center of Excellence. Examples of these expertise include, compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, HRIS, employee relations, HR compliance, and other higher-level knowledge supporting current business needs.First point of escalation for the HR Consultant and for team members calling, or emailing, the HR Contact Center (Ask HR) with questions or issues related to HR or other current system events. The Sr. HR Consultant must independently evaluate the callers' needs from the information given, and be equipped to accurately respond to a wide variety of topics as well as have a higher-level knowledge on one, or more, areas of expertise.
